Project Management

• Manage Project in excess of $500.000 from concepts through to successful installations, warranty management, operation and maintenance, which include liaison with both internal and external clients, contract and project administration, monthly cash flow and planning and scheduling construction technical staff and work force.
• Considerable technical and supervising experience in the scheduling, coordination, maintenance and construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and practices and all related Ontario Codes, Legislation and Regulations; this includes ASTM, IS09000 & CPSC.
• Certified active member of JHSC with thorough knowledge of Ontario Statue, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Collective Agreements, WHMIS/MSDS and other relevant Labor Legislation.
• Over twenty one years’ experience in the delivery and contracting, operation & maintenance, renovation, and repairs to all areas of projects.
• Diploma in personal & network computer science give me advance knowledge and become proficient in the use of corporate computer software application such as Microsoft Office Suite, Office Professional, Project Professional, (Word, Excel) and SAP, Outlook and Kronos.
• Prepare costing of various sizes for active project bid operation & maintenance, estimating the cost of materials, labor and equipment. And formulate strategies and delivery, customized system/solution to meet the contract and O&M standard and requirements.
• Minimize warranty repairs thorough project evaluation and working collaboratively with contractors.


• Develop, maintain and foster effective relationship with client/stake holder, providing update on project and resolving issue/ concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Review and interpret Specifications, Blue prints, Architectural &Engineering Drawings to assure that everything is according to plan and expectation.
• Create budgets for quotation and develop proposals in response to request for proposals (RFP).

OPERATION MANAGEMENT

• Ensure smooth day to day operation by advance planning and creating work schedule for all project/operation/maintenance/repair schedules for work force & contractor. Complete with timelines, budget & specification guide line for construction and installation.
• Manage operation maintenance and construction staffs working on multi-million dollar projects, ensuring high level of workmanship and effective utilization of labor, materials and equipment.
• Select, interview and recruit new staffs and orient them on corporate policies and quality control standard related to all types, installation, operation and maintenance. Direct union/unionized staff ad provide directional to all staff level, including overseeing the work of contractors, suppliers to ensure health & safety, work specification and standard are implemented and maintain, Coach/Mentor staffs to increase their skills and knowledge and to enhance their operational and service efficiency by recognizing and identifying training needs.
• Conduct weekly on site meeting to discuss work progress with staffs and trouble shoot and resolve any issue/problems impending smooth workflow and deadlines.
• For over twenty-one years of my career I was able to demonstrate the ability to operate as a team leader and member of a management and self-directed work team and work cooperatively with frontline staff, community groups, bargaining units and other division and government agency. • With over 21years of recognized skill and experience in all aspect of parks, open space, playground, splash pad, pathways and amenities, ravines, trails and recreational facilities, soft/hard landscape, play equipment’s, irrigation, and parks amenities design, installation, and operation, repair and maintenance.
