OPERATION MANAGEMENT
• Ensure smooth day to day operation by advance planning and creating work schedule for all project/operation/maintenance/repair schedules for work force & contractor. Complete with timelines, budget & specification guide line for construction and installation. • Manage operation maintenance and construction staffs working on multi-million dollar projects, ensuring high level of workmanship and effective utilization of labor, materials and equipment. • Select, interview and recruit new staffs and orient them on corporate policies and quality control standard related to all types, installation, operation and maintenance.
