His work spans multiple jurisdictions and includes navigating both provincial and federal environmental assessment processes—often in sensitive rural and agricultural settings.
Specializing in greenfield development, Mark has successfully led the assessment and permitting of large-scale renewable energy, transmission, and civil infrastructure projects across North America. His expertise includes assessing impacts on agricultural lands, coordinating multi-disciplinary technical studies, and producing clear, defensible documentation for regulatory review and stakeholder engagement.
