As an Agronomist/Agrologist with 17 years of experience in research, teaching and management, I have a strong background in agronomy, sustainable agriculture, microbial inoculations, biostimulants, biological product development, nutrient management and soil health. Seven years of experience in managing projects and personnel. Supervised and mentored a group of research assistants, graduate students and summer interns. Broad knowledge in agricultural research and development involving coated fertilizers, PGPR, biostimulants, cover crops and cropping systems for both Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) and industries such as (Sollio Agriculture, SynAgri, Ulysse Biotech, EVL Biostimulants, Manda Fermentation and HumicLand) in field and greenhouse settings. Authored and co-authored (14) publications in international scientific journals and participated in scientific conferences and workshops to present research findings on microbe-coated fertilizers and sustainable potato and corn production.
