Much has been said about the experience of women in farming, but little has been measured. Andrea will share insights from groundbreaking new research that sheds light on the unique experiences of farm women while drawing on her personal experience in managing her family farm. She will discuss the challenges farm women continue to face and highlight opportunities to foster a transformative shift in the industry to empower Canada’s farm women.
