The Employability and Leadership Workshop is designed to be an innovative session to assist Registrants to work together to define the qualities of a successful leader and learn the top skills and leadership characteristics required by employers. Among the topics to be discussed are resume and cover letter development, networking, interviews techniques and preparation, as well as professionalism and ethics. The session will help participants understand what employers expect from applicants and helps attendees understand how to leverage the professional Agrologist designation - with the goal to achieve employment objectives.
