Cancellations & Refunds
Course registration fees can be refunded, less a $25 administration fee, if a cancellation request is received in writing no later than 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE. After that date, course registration fees are non-refundable. In case of an emergency (illness, family death or other extraordinary circumstances), refunds may be granted if a notice is submitted in writing with pertinent documentation. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the course has concluded.
There will be a $25 financial service charge assessed on any returned cheque. The OIA reserves the right to decline any future remittance by cheque from such an individual.
